Using innovative implant strategies, we can place a full arch of teeth onto just four or more dental implants.
This rehabilitative method is useful for both upper and lower jaws, depending on your needs. Once completed, your new smile will look and feel as close to a natural set of teeth as possible.

Thanks to fewer implants being needed (rather than one for each missing tooth), All-on-4 is easier to clean and maintain while making the overall process as streamlined as possible.

What to Expect

What would you do to have an entirely new set of teeth in just a few days? Here’s what your general experience will look like:

Pre-op

Your preliminary appointment will include a thorough evaluation of your oral anatomy, a series of photographs, digital X-rays, and impressions of your mouth. We’ll need all of this information to map out and plan your treatment to ensure its success. During this visit, we will answer any questions you have and schedule you to come back for the start of treatment, which is usually broken up into three separate visits.

Implant Placement

At this visit, we will numb each area of your mouth where the implants are being installed, then create a small opening to set them into the bone. Implant surgery is a minimally invasive procedure with a relatively rapid recovery. After each of the four implants are installed, we take an impression of your mouth so that the lab can begin designing the teeth to go on top of them.

Although this visit can be completed with a small amount of local anaesthetic, some people prefer to schedule the procedure under sedation or general anaesthesiaanesthesia, especially where more complex bony surgery or extensive extractions are required. We are happy to discuss your preferences to ensure the most relaxing experience possible.

Try In

To give you an idea of what to expect, we will create a wax-up model of your smile before creating the permanent part. At this visit, we can try the mock-up and make adjustments as necessary (such as the shape and colour of the teeth). This appointment will usually need to take place around 24-48 hours after having your implants installed.

Prior to completion, we also perform a second try-in on your waxed bridge or bridges.

We want you to be confident and happy with the design, so this added visit ensures you receive the most personalised experience possible. You will know exactly what your new smile looks like before we craft the final version.

Delivery

The final prosthesis design is inserted and permanently attached toto on top of your implant abutments. As soon as this brief visit is completed, you’ll have an entirely new look!
